GI: MSP Aftermarket Parts (Local Pick up Only) Edgewood, MD

I'm going to be parting with my MSP very shortly and I didn't know if anyone would be interested in some of the aftermarket parts on the car before I get rid of it. I'm not interested in shipping anything and I need to have the car driveable before turning it in as part of my bankruptcy. If...

    another overheating thread

I just changed out my radiator cap and it wasn't it.. so then I swapped out the thermostat and everything is good now. It was a little tough getting to the two bolts but it was fairly easy and all for under $30.

    MSP Overheating

Yeah, my belt is good and my fluids are topped off. When it overheats there is no steam that comes from the radiator cap, it only comes from the overflow container. I would imagine that if the cap was bad that I would be loosing presure and steam from there. I think I'm just going to try the...

Do I have to remove the timing belt as well? If so, is there anything special about the timing belt versus the other belts?

    MSP Overheating

Thanks, I'm glad to hear it's not that difficult. It just looks like such a small place to work in. I installed car stereos for a while and the guys in the shop used to tease me because I have hot dog fingers. I'm definetly going to change both the thermostat and the water pump at the same...

    MSP Overheating

Ok, so my car started overheating yesterday. I haven't noticed any leaks but yesterday on my way home from work the temp gauge rose and my coolant overflow tank began to release steam. To me that sounds like it would be a waterpump issue, but is it possible that it could just be the...

    Low Beams don't work

I wish I had the $$... I saw the headlights with HIDs on ebay this week. I just swapped an engine in the car and ad to put out an extra $500 in parts to get it doe right, so I think the wife would kill me if I didn't go with some cheap bulbs for now.

    Low Beams don't work

Yeah, I think it's the bulbs. I checked the three wires going into the bulb and the two hot wires were reading 12V. and the ground was good as well. I guess i'll just have to buy some bulbs.... just odd that they would both go out at the same time...

    Low Beams don't work

It's very odd. My low beams quit working. It was last night and dark so I didn't check the fuse but I figured I'd post and see if someone had a quick answer. Low Beams not working High Beams work fine Fog Lights work and turn off when I turn off lights or turn on highs (as they have always...

Spicy MSP Partout!! Tons of parts!

do you have the Water Return Elbow? This is a coolant hose that comes off the water pump and goes to the turbo and heater. It's L shaped and has a smaller tube shooting off of it.
