Yes, it's OEM. They give you two remotes with Mazda stickers on them.

I have this lying around from our 09 CX9, used for about 2 weeks until we switched to the rear camera version. It's just the mirror, and you will need to get the kit from the dealer or the net. $100 + shipping (US only). Let me know if you are interested.

Has anyone had problems with his/her dealer-installed remote start on a CX9? I have had this one fail 4 times, the last time the dealer supposedly replaced the brain. The initial brain, the dealer said, was losing the programming of the two remotes. I had an aftermarket one a couple of years...
