The gears are a little more even than on the Tc, which means that I can push the gears a teeny bit longer and go a little bit faster before switching. The fifth gear is also slightly better on the Mazda, keeping slightly lower RPMs for given speeds. Thanks for the correction and lesson! :)

Hmm.. Revving it 'til redline, I'm guessing this is applicable for all gears, although I understand it to mean from neutral to first gear (I thought revving the engine was what one did when, say, preparing to race and trying to intimidate the other person). I'll try that and see what I get :)...

As I recall there was a Java-based virus that came out for Yahoo recently. If you go to check your email and such.. And since Yahoo is big on Java.. It's possible that you get a *major* slow-down simply because your computer is loading the JRE (Java Runtime Environment, needed to run Java stuff)...

I've been told that crutchfield will make custom orders for dash kits. Is that true? I mean.. I need a double DIN dash kit for my '06 Mazda3 but the only dash kit I've seen is the Metra single DIN one (it's sitting on my desk right now so I know it's single DIN).
