Hopefully Mazda takes notice to the foam issue since there are a number of people with the same problem.

I also have the foam coming up under my windshield. I have to bring the car in because my front door needs to be aligned. I will have them correct the foam also. Hopefully they will do the repair correctly and not just push it down.

Actually you can put the switch in the on position and the lights will go off and on with the car. I don't do it because I have HID and don't want to kill them any sooner. The Canadian cars DRL are the high beams at a lower voltage. The high beams are standard Halogen Bulbs.

I have the one that came with the GT and it doesn't have a compass.

Are you talking about a Second Gen Mazda 6? I want to change my horns to a louder pair. The shop manual states that the front bumper needs to be removed.
