Hello, what did you use to clean your air filter? water may contaminate the air flow sensor. Is the intake clamp loose, or is there a air leak some where after the Air flow meter? Any vacuum hoses came off, or left off by accident?

Check the doors and the door switches, if one of the doors are opened or the hatch is opened the lights wont flash when locked. it will still lock. It will still flash twice when unlocked.

hihoslva, Sorry, I dont mean to correct you but changing the brake lights bulbs, or signal light bulbs to LED type bulbs will not cause your cruise-control to not work or to not turn off. It wouldnt make sense, lets suppose both of your brake lights were to simultaneously go out, it wouldnt...
