From what I see it has more to do with weight distribution and suspension....Tires aren't going to make it buck like that.

Obviously you haven't driven one. All you'll see is my taillights. Granted it doesn't handle quite as well, but the 3 just doesn't have the torque. And the TC doesn't handle or have torque. I would definately take the mazda anyday over the TC.

I was with ya until the handling comment. The TC's handling straight sux. Push it hard into a corner and it bucks like a pissed off bronco. I was not impressed. On one of the test drives I took a TC through a mellow corner at about 80mph and it started complaining heavily. I drove the 3 and the...

Uh...everytime I open my mouth. I have a 95 protege with 235,000 miles on it and it still runs great. No problems at all. I own 3 mazdas now so....... I think that mazda people just don't blab about how great their car is like Honda people....

You hit it right on the head there... You should drive a Spec just to see. They are really fun..I mean REALLY fun.

Nice car but how has it been reliability? I drove a 2K2 and loved it...so much torque!!!!!!!!! Hows it hang with the 3?

The scary thing is I like those wheels better than almost all the aftermarket wheels out there......

I just have yet to to drive a car with a turbo that I liked. I don't claim to know everything...but I have yet to like any turbo... Even my buddies turbo TT.... I like something with a lot of torque like the spec V. I don't own one because I have heard some horror stories about reliability but...

I still prefer all motor. I like lots of low end torque for scooting around town.

Because the day I test drove it they told me they had just got it in from that lot. Also I know the lot where it is now takes used cars from the mitsu dealership that the ad is from.

HEY! That car is the one I test drove.....only now it is on a lot that the owner of the mitsubishi dealer owns that he offs all his used cars to. They have it on the lot for 10,800....... oh yeah...it for sure does not have a v6 :)
