This size is not listed on the tirerack website for the mz3. Will it fit?

I second whoever said to go RWD. When's the last time we got a compact RWD car under 20K eh? Don't know how weight balance is going to be though.

Finally got to test drive the 3 after work today. Drove to the stealership and salesman showed me the different models and options. Think white hatch is the best. It has good contrast with the black trimmings, and makes it look sportier. Man, this car is SMALL! It's like a Golf, or even Cooper...

So what will it take to make the MZ3 a "driver's" car? struts and springs? wider lightweight wheels? whacha folks think eh? an extra grand?

Maybe you could try 215/40/17 in the front and 205/45/17 in the rear? That would give you nice rotation and perhaps neutral cornering. Bad thing is, twitchy handling on the freeway, and you can't rotate your tires.

Insider, you used the word "wagon". Is it going to be more of a classic wagon shape or do you mean a 5-door hatch? An extended backend can be a detriment to handling, and is a concern for me. I have to say though, if the BMW 3-series was the benchmark, I would have liked to see RWD. :rolleyes...

My take is track/autoX racers = real motorsport enthusiasts street racers = perceived coolness+macho s**t+pumped up ego :D :D

First, learn how to match rev while downshifting. Once you get that, you'll be able to learn heel and toe faster. ONce you get all that, then maybe start experimenting with Left Foot Braking.
