For piano black just use a damp microfiber towel. No need to put any cleaning treatment on it. If it gets super dirty, just use some Quick Detailing spray or a window cleaner. FYI - Piano black is basically always dirty. Get used to it and you'll spare yourself some OCD headaches.

The best part is that, at least in my car, Android Auto is separate from the stock OS. You can use the stock OS or you can use Android Auto or you can utilize both at the same time (radio from one, navi from the other for example). Evolution of technology is fun.
