All sounds like clutch chatter to me. Most manual cars do it and will do it more after racing or heavy driving. Nothing to really worry about, a ton of cars do this. When I still had my ms3 it would do it after racing, scared me2 at first till I found out it was the clutch.

Why didn't you just remove the downpipe and testpipe before bringing it in? This may be a pain in the ass but you wouldn't be in this situation now... This is why you keep key stock parts, and changing the downpipe out won't even let you work this issue out now because it changes boost etc. I...

You don't need to take the intercooler off because I never did. Like I said just need a good pair of snap ring pliers and its super easy.

No its where your intake connects to leading to your turbo. Maybe you knocked it loose while taking off the intercooler. Good luck with the snap ring, thing drove me crazy cus the snap ring pliers I had were garbage.
