actually i was just going to drill it out myself but when i took it off i didn't think the metal was thick enough to get some good thread in it....if you look at the factory sending unit you can see it is almost an a little block on the edge of the pipe.....i dont have any pics but if i can get...

i installed an Autometer water temp guage in my p5 too....i didnt want a dead factory guage so i tried splicing into that one but it wasnt working....so i took the part on the side of the motor where the factory sending unit is off and had a small piece os aluminium welded to to and then drilled...

well the subs are dual 2ohm coils and i will be using them with the 500/1 untill i can get a 12 w6v2 or maybe a 10w7...also can you recomend a good set of components and rear door speakers to run off a 300/4....im only looking for JL to keep the system looking clean

doesnt look too hard when i had my dash apart to put my deck in i got lookin at doing the same thing....i think there were about 6 led's and a orange or red plastic sheet over them....my idea was going to change that plastic with a blue piece....i was going to use those colored sheets they put...

ROD....clear side markers? RODSCALIP5.....you said that the side markers were not an exact fit but they will work...what wasn't the same?...did the plug match up?...these things would be nice to know before i order thanks...btw SWEEEEET RIDE!!!!
