I don't have heated seats or the 12v plug in the armrest. Interesting that the cables are there, wonder if they could be brought to life?

Hi I recnetly took out the cup holders (by the handbrake) in my car, to get to the stereo. & noticed 2 unused connectors underneath... see picture. Does anyone know what these are for? My car is a UK(England) 2004 1.8 6 TS Thanks
