Well...it was fun, but I sold her. After 10 good years with the Mazda, I now have a 2009 Cadillac CTS4 3.6l. I like this car too.

x2 there. It does depend on how you do it, but I just put 18's on, but went with a waaayyy skinnier side wall. The diameter is about 1-2mm taller than my stockers with a 50 series side wall. No hinderance with my performance. In fact I went from a 205 series to a 215 series, so I have more...
LOL! I've always been a hobbiest myself. I'm in my 30's too, and the bug bit me again pretty quickly. I also tend to obsess a little when I want something a certain way. I haven't worked on imports in almost 12 years until now, but I like it just the way I used to. Lots of positive comments...

I was worried that it would eat some of the little amount of torque I have now, but the diameter is almost the same as my stockers with the 50 series tire. I think the 18's with a lower profile...
Replaced stock rear sway bar bushings. found out I need to replace the rear control arm bushings, or just the arms all together. No more knocking for now...
Not a proclaimed photographer, but I do like capturing cool things forever. There was a fairly large fire near our home in Colorado today. No one was hurt (so far). Here are some pics I got. The sun was blood read. Kind of creepy!
