I actually contacted their service department directly in Brooklyn, and they told me to ship it over along with proof of purchase, and a letter explaining the problem with the amp. So I did that today. I guess I'll wait a week or two and call them back to check on the status. Thanks for...

My lanzar amp (248Vibe) is fried after only 6 months of normal use (i.e. No abuse, misuse, or tampering). Has anyone here ever sent anything back to Lanzar for warranty? If so, any success with them fixing or replacing the product? I'm kinda worried that they won't do anything about it. I...

This would make sense, because I had bushings ordered aprox 2 weeks ago, and they still haven't received them. Although the service manager said he had them on high priority, when I called the parts dept today, they mentioned that the order was classified as "low priority" meaning they don't...

For both yellow and blue, the keyless entry and panic button are standard. The factory alaram and cargo net were options. Not sure about the wheel locks, but I was told they came standard, I had them on mine (blue by the way, Canada)
