JAX region event yesterday... GREAT results

i rode with jesse. i didn't know the owner. when i was in the car it ran a 44.5 (only the 2nd time he'd ever driven the car). i think his best was a 44.7.

yeah, i got to go for a ride in that civic hatch in sm. INSANE. i didn't participate, i rode my bike up there just to say hi to a friend. that mustang was working the track hard. also cool to see chicks that know how to drive.

wow, i try to leave it on a civil note, and you're quick to come back to get the last word in. i don't care if you THINK my facts are twisted. it's apparent you don't know how to comprehend facts when you're bringing up "specs" on the wrong car. i had an opinion, so i posted. since then, it's...

rider69, i agree there are faster stock gt's out there. there are also slower ones. i'm not trying to spit out fancy words to confuse you. just pulling up facts. i'll just leave it at differences of opinion. i could care less who would win, they're both slow.

how do you figure? power to weight ratio plays a role in this also. with the car weighing about 500lbs less and under by 60hp, the mustang ratio is about 12.4:1 while the civic is about 13.7:1. this in itself should tell you it would come down to the driver....from a roll. off the line, that's a...

Im new but here are some kills

with roughly a 60hp/500lb difference, it's possible. off the line, the torqueless wonder would be eaten up with the fact of no torque and the mustang being rwd. from a roll though, it's quite possible.
