I had my local parts store check on the filter size for the MS6, came up with the K&N #33-2279. It was was crossed with normal filter. It fit perfect, same filter the V6 Mazda 6 uses.

I only needed to use power for the backlight. No other power was needed for the gauge that I used. The gauge isa mechanical type.

I tapped into the fuse that is used for the cig. lighter for the power and then found a grounding screw under the dash for the ground. You can find the fuse taps at your local auto parts store.

It's the Liquid Platinum. Not really gray or silver, somewhere in between. I think there is a little flip flop in the paint also. Had mine since 11/17. Love it..... (thumb) Pics Here

I got about the same deal as seanw. I bought some extra miles on my lease and still think I got a good deal. The buy out at the end is only like $13000, 3 year lease 15,000 miles per year.

Boost spikes to 17.5 then pulls back to 15.5, stays there until redline. Have seen it pull boost when the MS6 didn't like the gas that I put in. Was stated to be 93???? Pulled boost back to 10 PSI. (boom07) Full boost is to be had at a little over 2000 RPM!!!!! (thumb)

I own another turbo car, a Porsche 944 Turbo S, that run a K27 turbo, 18 lbs of boost and weights 2800 lbs. The engine is 2.5 liters with 8:1 compression and makes 320 bhp (dyno verified). The Speed6 pulls as hard on the highway as the Porsche. Have not done top speed run yet, all tracks...

I have some ins at Mustang Dyno, which I live very close too. If I get a chance I will see if I can get it on a 4wd dyno. I'll post if it happens soon.

On the highway the SRT4's are not a problem. Raced one today from 55, got 1.5 cars off the bat and then kept on pulling until he let off. We got upto abot 90+, had about 5 cars on him. :) I still think that the factory published HP #'s for Speed6 are low.

My bad..... Dad works for Ford, got S-plan for that.

For S-Plan you need to have a family member that works for Mazda, Ford or a dealer. As for my SD6; I got a Liquid Platinum with the two tone leather an a sun roof. Pics here

The rear seats do fold down. Check the How To section, I posted how it's done there. Is the one that you test drove from Mazda Bedford? If it was I also test drove that car. Other dealers in the area are giving S-Plan if your qualify.

Car feels fine. Car has a 60/40 weight dist. The front end does push a little, just give it more gas to fix the push. Shifts weight to the back and then your gone. You just have to understand that this is a SPORTS sedan not a coupe. Sure there are things out there that are faster and handle...

I own one and have not had any of the problems the review talked about. As for the clutch it does take a little bit of getting used to but it is not that bad. Try to drive a high HP Porsche with a race clutch that has like 30+ lbs of force needed to engage it. Now that is a hard clutch to use...
