Started worrying about something catastrophic happening to it at that hp level. Also wanted a brand new car because I drive a lot for work. Better gas mileage cheaper insurance ect. Kinda wish I would have kept it built the motor and tried to hit the 600whp level haha. That was my original plan...

I have been thinking of doing this also. I had a Cobb ap on my STI and loved it. Cobb makes great stuff im just really disappointed that everything for the Mazda is on back order for so long.

Whats up guys just traded my 420whp STI for a new Mazdaspeed3.Im wondering how strong these motors are. I never had any problems with my STI at that power level. What hp or psi can the stock block and tranny handle. I love the car so far.
