So, either myself of the previous owner of my P5 managed to get the front bumper too close to a curb and cause some minor scraping (had the car a couple weeks and just noticed it today). The scrapes/gouges are all along the very bottom of the front lip. What do I need to do to repair this...

Are these like permanant vinyl or do you have to pull them off to use the headlights? Do they effect beam brightness at all?

Also, I am interested in the Hella Black Magic foglights. Actually, any smoked foglights would work, these are just the ones I am familiar with. If anyone knows of others that would work that would be great too.
