From what I've heard so far the advice seems to be to:
1) disconnect and reconnect the battery
2) Reprogram each window starting with the driver's door, then the front passenger, then the rear passenger then the rear driver
3) reprogramming seems to entail bringing the window fully down, then...
Very tempting... To be fair they don't mess with the windows that much. It's just I would rather they didn't have the ability to mess anything up. I'm not sure I see why it is useful to be able to remotely open or close all four windows. To me it's just a feature crying out to be abused.

I have tried this already but can't seem to get the rear window to re-engage the auto-up/down action which appears to be the step towards getting the driver's panel to re-engage. Anything else I should do, other than keep trying the instructions in the manual?
