Cool white. They're not at all like HID's you know. They are basically like those LED Christmas lights you can get. They can come in all of those colors - red, blue, green, purple, as well as cool and warm white. It's not like they work with a 'temperature' rating like the HID's do.

Yes, I'm quite sure that the OP means LED's. I did mine and it does look great. The only thing is the LED's came with two different colors - one is a warm white and one is a cool white so it looks a bit wonky if you really concentrate on it. I am in the process of getting another set. In case...

What? I've never heard this before. I know that the on-star vehicles are GPS tracking capable, but nobody I know of is going to provide GPS tracking without a fee of some sort. Please inform me if I am wrong, but this is the first I've heard of it.

I can't believe your guys' dealers didn't show you this when you got it. Did they go over any other features? My dealer went through every little thing with me. Most things I knew, some things I learned (including this trunk bit), and some things I taught him. Even though it was pretty silly...

There should be no difference for HID vs halogen housing. In fact, HID's burn cooler than halogens so you don't need to worry about any kind of heating/melting issue. The bulb itself will be only slightly different in shape than a halogen, but will fit just fine (if you get the correct kit)...

Mine is like that too. Also I find my AC is pretty weak - it takes quite a while to get cool and it only gets just that - cool, never cold. Ideas? *edit: I know I have seen this issue (cool AC) somewhere else on the boards but I searched for it and couldn't find it - sorry

Yep - Canadian Tire has a pretty cheap kit for that. And any dealer will tell you it costs and exorbitant amount of money. Registrar of imported vehicles is also online and you can find that info. r i v . c a

Were you doing bi-xenon? Unless you were doing bi-xenon, you don't actually need to do a battery wiring harness. The single beam HID kits are generally plug and play. I did mine without even disconnecting my battery. Sounds like (as discussed previously) you fried the BCM (body control module...
