i had the same issue and changed the trans fluid and it didnt change, i couldnt get it to go into gear sometimes and i thought it was gonna snap the shift linkage lol.... but after getting a new clutch it shifted perfect every gear was smooth... so i would check that...

ahh alright thanks! i had to order the gm stuff, nowhere sells it and the dealer wants $20 a quart... would the shifter linkage cause second gear to be hard as well?

should i drain it first or just add it to whats in there? oh and the only lucas oil trans stabilizer was for autotrans, will this work?
