Because I decided to leave my car stock engine wise. Or better yet I should say I decided to put it back to stock. I had a Garrett gt28 installed along with a few other mods and my engine died before I got a chance to install this. Sold all my mods and this is the last of them.

So far it seems he only sends the parts to those that make a claim with paypal. Hope you get your parts. Looks like am out of luck since I didn't make a claim on time.
