gettin' rid of the EGR POS

Not throwing any codes, but i did about 2 weeks ago. Yeah, i'll keep the stock parts and see about passing emissions. Tim said he was able to clear the codes w/ his downpipe and pass emissions.

gettin' rid of the EGR POS

Ordered my block-off plate and plug for the EGR pipe from James Barone Racing and getting my Speed3 running right again. I Seafoamed yesterday and the car runs so much better and from what ive read the EGR system causes nothing but problems with these cars. Any experience or thoughts about this?

WI: I Spotted a Mazda Thread

Hey, anybody see me in my 08' Silver Speed3 pulled over today about 1:30pm on 164 and 94? Ha, Ha, cop said i went through the red light. I don't think so, i guess were going to court. Hwy 164 is THE WORST road in this area for cops, i drive so "grandpa" thru there and i still got pulled over.

    Holy oil change pita!!!

Did the Med Center Mazda deal with the filters and wrench...good deal. Try taking off the black plastic shield under the car first, its 8 screws, makes it a ALOT easier.

    Holy oil change pita!!!

did the Med Center Mazda deal with the 5 filters and get the wrench free--good deal. Try taking off the black plastic shield under the car first, i think its 8 screws...makes it ALOT easier. With this wrench i change the oil in about 15-20 mins.
