Raceland's don't go very low. And if it is for the first gen 3's, you will have to buy a longer bolt for the rear struts, or you can just run stock struts... So yes it will fit, but you would be better off buying lowering springs until you can afford a decent set of coilovers

The side skirts have ten plastic tree things that clip into the area between the subframe and the door. So you would have to drill 10 holes on each side of the car, and then there are 2 plastic clips underneath as well, not sure how you would mount that. The cost per side skirt is right around...

I'm careful when I drive and I know what roads to take... It's not like the car is anywhere close to undrivable, I have friends with cars literally 1/4" off the ground and have no troubles at all. And on top of that, the can't even fit a flat key between the fenders and tires...
