If that's what I would have had to pay yes I would be riding a bike. But I'm on the 'rents policy now which is still 3k every six months.

I've been quoted at $11,000 every six months for insurance. That's only with 2 at fault, 1 not at fault, and 1 careless driving ticket.:(
