reviving an old thread. so, after bringing home the new 5 i thought i'd remove the front plate, as i do with all my vehicles. when low and behold, the actual bracket isn't screwed to the airdam, it's riveted! anybody here drill them out and remove?

agreed, but considering we just dumped our LR3, we are WAY ahead of the game now. i'm seriously thinking about buying another one for the wife.
