Title. Pretty much since I got the car (about 8 months ago), the turbo makes a whining/whistling noise when boost comes on. It only seems to make the noise when under like 1-2lbs of boost, it usually stops after that. I assume this is not normal. Does anyone know what might be going on?

So I've been shopping for some drilled and slotted rotors (inb4 rice), and all I can find is rear rotors. Are the front and rear rotors the same?

So I assume I should get a wideband o2 sensor and AFR kit to go with the SSAFC?

I did a quick Google search and found part number PSC1-020E, is this the right thing? This means I'll have to forge the engine correct? I'll have to do more research on how to do this when I get a bit further along in my modding. Okay, good to know. Again, I'm still relatively new to car...
