I have a stupid question. What's a Charge pipe? My son just called me this moning and said his MSP wouldn't idle. He checked vaccuum lines, but couldn't find anything.

I replaced the waste gate actuator, and now I'm reading 20" of vacuum everywhere. I cut open the old actuator, and the rubber bladder inside had about a 1" tear in it.
