Yes...I do have navigation. I thought the clock up top was separate from the Navigation clock. The manual said the navigation clock would update automatically (i.e. daylight savings time) ... so I assume the top clock was separate since it did not update. I will re-check. Also...I though...

OK...I spoke with the manager and he has agreed to get the switching box installed...this (of course) was after I told him that I had spoken to various other dealerships in surrounding area who would do the install. I also spoke with the folks at Oak Tree Mazda and they were very helpful, too...

Thanks for all the support. I do have the CX-9 (with just about everything on it, except rear entertainment) and am very frustrated. While I admit I don't have a lot of expertise with cars...I do have a lot of experience with computers. Their responses just didn't make sense, but it is so...

Just an FYI...I called Mazda customer service today to complain about this confusion and she was adamant that the switching box (so you can have both Satellite and Aux) will not work with a system that has navigation. She did state that Mazda is working on a fix for this for 2007 models. I...

Can someone post name of dealership where they installed switch box with Nav and Siruis...so that Aux is now functioning. My dealership told me there was no way...would not work... Thanks in advance...
