Yes they were baked, I've been doing retros for quite some time and know how to do it properly. Yes the spring clips are there. Was just going to clean them up and throw them back on.

I enjoy doing retros, I like getting them out to other Protege drivers. I put them on my car to make sure everything is up to spec, and list em. I've done this several times already, each have very happy customers.
