I checked today and i think your on to something...I found small puddling just under trans linkage(???)...in front of electric fan...theres a radiator hose just above the puddles...and you guys are right...doesn't Mazda believe in clamps...i grew up with domestic and i swear the motor was held...

Actually, yes...I hear the "ppsssstt" alot clearer...and my buds thought I installed a different valve, saying the HKS sounded like bad flutter...not dogging the HKS BOV, with the Mass Air set up on these cars, its just not needed...stick with stock...like the saying goes, "If it ain't broke...

Save your money...unless your planning on upgrading your turbo and as far as I'm concerned, Mazda did their homework on this car, does not need one anytime soon...I took mine off the BOV after about a month...

UPDATE::: Well,. I been running my MS6 for about a month now with the CAI and BOV...And to make a long story short,. I ditched the BOV...from day one was having problems with it...Ran it in VTA, found out the MSP does not like that, so I changed it to Recirc...a little better...no more hard...

thanks for the reply...I'm guessing its the new one...not much to adjust other than taking of the cover and switching it from VTA to recirc...as long as its normal, i can live with it...the car runs fine, alot better than it did in VTA mode...

Well, just installed my CAI along with returning my HKS BOV to recirc. from VTA...Question is, the sound is awesome, now you can clearly hear the turbo whistle, but now I'm hearing BOV flutter also...under low loads its sounds just like VTA but more softer, but at high RPMs its starts to...
