I think it looks cheap to tint the outer lense...it shows more craftsmanship to paint the inside or put on a retrofit like whats been suggested. not to mention they wont work and youll get tickets out your asshmole.

got my alternator belt tightened AGAIN. second time in two weeks. they are new belts so im hoping they are just stretching.

After about four hours of cursing and sweating, I finally got the factory head unit out. Im pretty sure i broke the clips that you need to press w/ the DIN tools to remove it - but its alright i got the new one in (alpine cda-105). Took me two minutes to put the new one in and it looks and works...

I am assuming youre talking about parts costs for strictly the belt - not the other recommended replacements along with labor. I wish it would only cost 100 bucks.

Got the oil changed, finished mounting the painted emblems. now i need to start bracing myself for the timing belt replacement costs (unamused). Oh well, i'd rather spend my money on my new car than something like beer and food lol.

Painted my emblems black today. Used 3m all purpose adhesive remover spray to loosen up the emblems and then used fishing wire to get em off. Let them sit in goo gone for about 10 minutes. Sanded them w. 220 and 400 grit paper. cleaned em. primer, black gloss paint, and some clear coat. came out...
