Figured it out...just bought the car this week (certified pre owned). Apparently the previous owner had put in custom blue lights so everything was wired funny. Decided to take them out and just replace with regular headlight bulb on both sides Thank you for the help

Went to change headlight bulb on my 2012 m2 touring, but found the set up different than what I found in the owners manual and online... There is no connector plug between the bulb and the wiring. Wiring is attached directly to the bulb. There is nowhere to simply unplug the bulb from the car...
