The donut gasket is on the dp side of the stock midpipe. Takes some work to get it off sometimes. Mine popped right off, but others have said it seemed like it was super glued on. Of course, I replaced mine fairly early in the car's life, so that may have something to do with it. Good luck.

Off topic, but after a year with my SU mount, I don't even notice any vibes anymore. Either I got used to them, or the mount broke in and they subsided. Either way, I'm happy.

You will get a better price on the car if you get financing through the dealership. Also, the dealer can shop the loan through all of the major and local banks anyway, so it is likely that you can get the same loan through the dealership, and get a better price for the car. Plus, they will do...
