headlight What if the hot and ground touch while the lights are on? I now have a dim light because I think those two came together by accident, am I now in for a new wiring harness all together?

headlight I just tried going that route, it works, but there isn't enough juice in that wiring to power the bulb to full effect..... any other ideas, or someone out there with one?

On my 02 PR5, the connector went bad on my drivers side headlight, anyone got this piece from a parted out car? I would need at least an inch or two of wire coming out of it, so I can connnect it to the rest of the harness. Mazda only sells the entire wiring harness for $350.00..... NO WAY...

Anybody had good luck with mesh you find on ebay in the universal sheets? Also, to install it, would plumbers putty work to keep it in place, or what do people find to be the most secure way to install this stuff?
