Best it to remove the starter unit and check what needs to be replace. If the wire needs replacing perhaps sourcing from a wrecker?

Have you swap one of the coil pack to cyl 4 and check if the other cylinder has the same problem ? then you can assume that the ignition coil pack is the problem. Also check if any intake vacuum hose are worn out / have cracks on them & check PCV Hoses under the intake manifold.

The reason i choose this brand they are value for money for parts made in Japan Osaka. Quality wise very similar to OEM ones. But we will see Hopefully they last long just like the OEM ones.
