This is my 4th CX-5 and it's a 2020 GT. Seems like the headlights are always on and cannot be turned off. Is this normal. Service tech told me this is normal. If this is normal, why have a auto mode.

After getting my oil changed, I was told about a recall for the tailgate module. Never expected this on a 3 month old vehicle. I was told that sometimes the tailgate module would stay on longer than necessary and drain the battery. Anybody else experience this recall?

I am probably one of the most recent to report this same problem. Just made appointment yesterday to get this resolved. Did not like the service managers attitude. Like I never heard of this. Not happy.

This is my 2nd CX-5. Wanted all the options on the 2016 and I got both Tech packages. Love it. Friends and family discount made the deal.
