Its the mazdaspeed specific kit..its neither atp or cpe's flange. It comes preassembled from the kit. Has a perfect for for stock set ups so u will NOT need to remove the IC cover etc.. imo has best fit out of all the hks adapters

Take off the front circular cover over the took hook area. Grab your stock OG tow hook in the trunk. Take the Cp-e shaft and put some loctite on the male threads. Now take the og took hook and screw it into the female shaft(cpe's)
Dont tighten it to the point that the OG tow hook...
