Has anyone removed the roof rack without undoing the hole inside of the car???? Can i just yank it off???? lol can i just brake the plastic and get to the bolts ???

I don't have any Pics right now but how much do you guys/gurls think a Protege5 could sell for if it has a Salvage Title bc of Hail Damage??? Its a 02 with 66K and its Auto. Inside is super clean but outside it has some pretty bad hail dmg in Hood and roof.
