There is well documented issue with 626 automatic transmission failing at around 45-55,000 miles. Do you guys think that this issue might affect the 6 too? Anyone got more info on the 626 auto tranny issue? Is the 6 an ALL NEW car including transmission?

i thought i discovered a cool feature on the 6. i turned the engine off and forgot to roll up the winders, i tried it anyway and it worked! i even did it again to show the g/f, that was a few weeks ago and for the life of me i can't get it to do it again anybody know what i am talkin bout?

well i got the car back, damn i missed it so much i requested info on the lemon law in case it ever came to that, that is all someone here already mentioned that Mazda NA gave them a credit for a similar situation so they CAN do it if they want to i appreciate everyones opinion about this...

agreed the check engine light may be harmless right now but it still needs to be fixed, if i just let it stay on how will i know when there IS something seriously wrong i am more upset about the time wasted, extra miles driven, and not being able to drive my car thanks for your replies!!
