Looking to buy a good quality MSP stock turbo manifold.

ok so i went out and figured out the middle and the one the where the thrust washers are, I also placed the others in the correct direction but how much of a difference will it make if 2 or 3 are in the wrong spots?

I would also like to know what to is needed as I just came back from the junk yard with a 626 head and intake mani.

I'm looking to buy just the turbo from a msp. I don't need a kit I have everything else. I am also looking for mls head gasket that is ether stock or thinner.
