Wow, that has to be crazy going down the road....I'd think it was a cop. I noticed HIDs seem quicker in powering down then my Halogens. Almost lightninig quick like an LED.

Radar dectectors only work if there is other traffic on the road and the cop either has his radar on constantly or trying to clock someone else. If you're on the road by yourself then theres nothing your dectector can help you with.

What do you mean by "flicker"?? My HIDs go through like 3 stages when they warm up....I see a bright flash and It scares me at first b/c I think the bulb burned out and I don't really see the ground that well. Then a few seconds later they turn to a really intense blue then a few min later...
