    So I build the circuit according to the wiring diagram today and hooked it all up, but it doesnt work. The light remains off, either way DRLs on, or even if I turn on the lights. Gotte go to work in a few min. Tomorrow I will have double check my work and see where I went wrong.

    I just bought all the components for this today, and I hope to have time on Monday to start the build. Has anybody actually tried this, and did it work?

    Great, thanks for the clarification. One more question. Can you please confirm the specs of the capacitor? I'm not really sure what is ment by 10K uf. I have never seen such capacitors.
