Looks like someone leaked the presentation... http://www.leftlanenews.com/wp-content/plugins/iimage-gallery.php?idpost=7375&idg=1&idi=1 I guess it'll grow on me.

AWR oil pan with OBX header - any issues?

After the responses I got at the motorsports area of the forum, I am definitely considering the AWR oilpan. However, when I did my searches there seems to be some fitment issues with the AWR header, CS downpipe (for turbo cars) that required the relocation of the 2nd O2 bung. I really don't...

tracking the P5 - How serious is oil starvation

I definitely lucked out then...holy crap that would've sucked if I blew my motor there. So far away from home. I was looking at your sig but couldn't find it, do you have the baffled oil pan from AWR? (on another note...ya WRC is great... I torrent it all the time, too bad SPEED doesn't...

tracking the P5 - How serious is oil starvation

Man...4 motors. So high RPMs on backroads damn. The thing is, I've pushed my car on Deal's Gap (and other roads around the Dragon) a few times before and experienced no problems, but I guess it's hit and miss. I'll probably just take turns running the Subie. But that's unfortunate, cause...

    Lotus Eagle/Evora News Thread

Like Jeremy Clarkson said in his 997 Porsche 911 Turbo review, "...the rear seats are for you very skinny children, cause if you have a Porsche (or in this case a Lotus) you have a very skinny wife" Yah, I never got the point of rear seats in performance driven cars like these, sometimes I...

tracking the P5 - How serious is oil starvation

So I was out with my local car club tonight (Iam the only P5) and we'll be having a track day next weekend. My bro's taking the Subie so I'll be taking the P5. I was reading about the issues with oil starvation and the P5. As of now, I've been autoxing, watching oil levels and such and I've...

    AutoX wheels on a P5

thanks for the quick replies...on those 15's how wide a tire did you go? and what offset (same as recomended by the fitment recipe?) And yah, I was looking through your classification and it is a little different, including the calculation of PIPs (performance index pts.) Over here I run in...

    AutoX wheels on a P5

I've been doing some searching and I've found that most have been using a 16" wheel, and 15's have been on LXs and other sedans. I was wondering if anyone has managed to use a 15" wheel on a P5 and if so, did you follow the same offsets as suggested by the 'wheel fitment' sticky or did you...

    Finally Posting my pics

Really? Didn't know that would make a significant difference. I'll give it a try. Would probably keep it cleaner too.

    Finally Posting my pics

Are you guys talking about the 03.5 headlights? or some type film/paint like blacked out tails? Oh and thanks for the photoshopped lip...I actually wish that the DGM lip was that thin around the center and the fogs. But it looks really thick in real life and makes the car look front heavy...

    Finally Posting my pics

Thanks...ya, I've been thinking bout the lip and Iam leaning more towards the MSP one but I've been trying to find a way to keep some kind of foglight setup. The DGM one is alright but with winter's here and the fact that Iam on springs not coilovers, I'll just be a snow plow.
