I thoght i had a bad hpfp so i got a used but told it was tested and was good. I'm only getting 50 to 70psi at the rail using obd2 tool. i don't know if it is a wiring prob or just two bad pumps. i got 8.6v at the pump wires when my car was off but key on. i can't find anything on here like that...

Yes I have a obd2 tool that's how I'm getting my reading. And yes the turbo 2.3. This is the 2nd pump in the car but both our used. I have two codes. P2177 and p2188. Idk if it's the pump or what's going on. List of new parts I have put on are, up and down stream o2, maf, plugs. I'm just so lost

Tested the part it's fi tested the purge valve and it's fine. New plugs, the 07 cx7 don't have a fuel filter. And there's no miss. Just has no power. Also seems to get more power when I hit 30mph. This is why I'm lost
