anyone else suffer this problem?

Just got my car on road not too long ago... do you guys use premium in your MS6 or just regular (87). Also i recently got a full sythentic oil change, do you guys use something different like mobil 1? Just want my ms6 for the long run

had the car for about a month. GPS worked great, connected, did its thing. Now today i click to connect to satellite and it says "gps connected" but its really not. doesnt bring up where i am nor the right time. any suggestions? ive been trying to fool around with it but its saying it...

on my car on the outside of the trunk lid is a box. now i believe that is for satelite radio. I'm wondering where your nav one is mounted, im guessin either on the steering column, by your rear view mirror or somewhere on the outside of the car in order to get best reception. your not looking...

sounds good, im guessing its either below the rear view mirror or somewhere on the outside of the car. I know theres some block on the back of the car (trunk), but i have one of those too, so i dont think thats it. Its a small black magnetic block with a wire running to it.

i just installed the drop in dvd nav for my MS6, just curious for those that had the nav put in when they ordered the car..where do they mount the square magnet attena block for the gps signal? im trying to make mine as clean as possible

thanks alot for the help. im gonna look into the SRI + inlet pipe. With the 3n1 i can easily switch from tandem to full recirc without taking anything off, for the bit of extra money i dont mind having the options
