Ok, here's the story I got from the dealership. Apparently our headlight units (according to the service writer I met) have what he calls "vents". These vents can get moisture in them and that causes the condensation inside the unit. I'm going in on wednesday to have the units checked for leaks...

Re: The Moisture.... Actually, BOTH units were full of condensation...and I did run through some high water last night(we got flooded) but it wasn't over the grill....in fact, I had noticed that my headlights didn't seem as effective within the last few weeks, but i thought nothing of it...
