Did you get OEM Mazda belts? This problem is common with universal, or non-Mazda belts on these cars. Happened to my friend, she took it back, and got the Mazda belt put on, and the noise was gone.

what does rolloing the fenders actually invole, is it costly? Does it require any painting be redone? Will any body shop do it?

Is it the fender or the struts that rub? Would getting spacers help??

Doesn't the offset play a big role, I know a 17/7.5 will fit with the right offset. I just wanna know if I can make these work for sure with a 42 offset, I know most people run around a 48 with 7.5 wide rim. I just don't want to spend $1200 then have them not fit, and then have to sell them.

Looking to get some used 17/7.5 rims with 42 offset. Will these fit my car with 215/45/17 or even 215/40/17 tires?? My MSP is at stock ride height. I'm thinking the offset is too low.
