Well, my wife and I have decided to take the plunge. Within the next week it looks as if instead of a MS3 we'll have a CX-7 sitting in the driveway.
I e-mailed a dealership in TX about one of their used models and it looks as if we're going to get a pretty good deal on it, even if they go low on...
As much as I love my MS3, I plan on trading mine in this year for a CX-7 as the family has grown in the past year. Hopefully within the next year or two I'll be able to pick up a used RX-8.
Glad to see your okay and it sucks to hear your MSP is totaled.
I know people are saying you should rebuild with another MSP. But as you said earlier just save up and get something after college like you suggested. Like maybe a MS3? (shady)
Surprised no one has said this, but I would be getting an Audi R8 for the weekend. My daily would be an S5 (took one look at the car and fell in love with it). Then with all this "spare cash" lying around, buy a used RX-8 (probably an '07 or '08) as a project car.
I'm 6' 6" as well and had no problems fitting into a speed 6 when taking a quick sit in one at the dealership. Shouldn't be a tight fit for ye (unless you've got a lot of your height in the torso)
As MR_X suggested, is your seat down some?
Nice picture. Love the composition and the color/texture combo is sweet. Got a larger version of it? Thinking of grabbing it for wallpaper purposes, with giving proper credit of course.
Heehee, awesome thread. It brings a smile to one's face seeing hwo much it surprises people. >:D A couple different stories of my own:
1. Last year my mother and father were down visiting my brother and I. My father is all about domestic cars and didn't think too highly about my purchase of the...
Lacroix, you stole my thread idea. Now I shall have to release the ninjas upon ye! =P Seriously though, good topic.
As for what's in the CD changer...
1. Celldweller - Celldweller
2. Hybrid - Wide Angle
3. The Crystal Method - Vegas (works too well for this car)
4. Assemblage 23 - Meta
5...
Nice Subaru you had going there Yoo Shin. Especially with the smaller spoiler on it.
Previous car list:
1991 Saturn SC2 (totaled)
2001 Pontiac Sunfire
2006 Mazda 3i
Took it down the dealer to get it looked at (or at least set up a time to get it looked at). Thinking I might have some issues with the turbo going on.
Noob here to the forum. Been reading around on here the past week or so and finally decided to join up. Seems like a good crew around here. ^^
Anywho, 2007 True Red, have had it for about a little over a year now and still love driving it. :D
