Did you have to put any offsets on to keep the tires from rubbing?

Just want to get a tire with more of a footprint on the road without having to go to a 17-inch rim. Also, if i don't have to use an offset, then i think the car grip the road a little bit better too.

I don't know if there was a thread posted on this all ready but does anyone know if a 215/50ZR 16 tire will fit on the factory 16x6 chrome wheels? And if so, will an offset be required to keep them from rubbing??!! Any assistance will be greatly appreciated?!! And does anyone one have any...
