Yup, I think you guys are right, it seems to be the heating duct. Not the best place to put that thing. Oh well, at least I know what that is now, wondering if I could complain to dealer about it. It seems other people have other complains about the ducts, such as a rattling or creaking noise...

I agree. I know the EPA tests are highly unrealistic, reason why I put up the post, to find out what real drivers are getting.

Looking into buying the 3s. But gas mileage is a concern (100+ miles daily commute). What are you guys getting in Mileage? What engine do you have? Auto/Stick?. I am looking into the 3s 5-speed. Wondering if the 32mpg on highway is indeed something regular drivers are getting on highway. Thx.
